Besides printing, you can also save completed forms to a PDF file, as we did with these. This is useful if you want to send completed forms to clients or other counsel. To view and print a PDF file, they only need the Adobe Acrobat viewer, which most people already have, and which is available free at: www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
If you click on a form it will be displayed on your screen if you have Adobe Acrobat installed. This is how the forms would look when printed if only Standard Information and no other information were supplied.
There are many other input fields besides the Std. Info ones on each form, and you can easily create your own as well.
After viewing a form, click the "Back" button to return to the form listing.
